Service Colleague
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that opportunity. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is required, and flexibility is appreciated.
As a service colleague, you will work across multiple departments to ensure smooth store operations. Your tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, handling home delivery orders, or replenishing stock on shelves. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and offering 'extra special' products. We work collaboratively to maximize sales and enhance the online shopping experience.
About You
You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to learn new skills across different departments. A genuine interest in delivering a positive shopping experience and assisting customers to find what they need is essential.
