Leading and mentoring a team of claims handlers, ensuring they meet client service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Acting as the key link between claims handlers and the management teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Monitoring team performance, providing training, and addressing any issues in a fair and timely manner.
Managing high-profile or contentious cases, ensuring quality standards are met and client outcomes are optimised.
Supporting financial targets by controlling the claim lifecycle and assisting with aged debt recovery.
Experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment, including pre-litigated claims.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high performance.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to accommodate unexpected situations.
