Job Description
3. Assist with processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and update internal databases.
5. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
7. Respond to internal and external financial queries.
8. Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
9. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
10. Provide general administrative support as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time Accounts Assistant should have:
11. Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
12. Previous experience in a similar role within the business services sector.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
15. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
