As a dynamic and growing consultancy, we're now looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to join our small, close-knit team. The Role This is a varied, hands-on coordination role sitting at the heart of our HR operations. You'll support the delivery of HR services across multiple client organisations, handling everything from documentation and record-keeping to onboarding and general advisory support. You'll need to be highly organised, take real pride in your work, and be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work on your own initiative and think practically to resolve day-to-day challenges is essential. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across all areas of the HR function Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Support the team with HR queries and day-to-day administrative tasks Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Contribute positively as part of a small, collaborative team Draft and format HR documents, letters and reports Assist with note-taking at formal HR meetings such as disciplinaries and grievances Liaise with clients and external contacts in a professional manner Skills & Experience 3-5 years previous office or administrative experience - essential Experience in an HR environment - desirable but not essential Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and manage your own workload IT literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR or business systems Professional, discreet and confident handling sensitive and confidential information Confident written and verbal communication skills What We Offer £27,000 £30,000 FTE (pro-rated) | 4 days per week, 9am3pm (24 hours) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rated) Fully office-based | Loughton, Essex Varied, multi-client HR work with genuine development opportunities Supportive team environment with opportunity to grow within the business Pension Scheme How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief covering note Closing date: 2 July 2026
