Job Description
We are looking for someone who that technical/ IT experience to join our clients team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate project information, coordinating tasks and resources, and supporting both the team and our clients with clear communication and reliable administration.
25 hours per week Mon-Fri
The Role:
1. Maintain project data including timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and client records.
2. Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and delivery artefacts.
3. Keep project information and records up to date, including schedules, documents, and progress notes
4. Help coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines for the project team
5. Prepare and maintain reports, project files, and other documentation for the team and clients
6. Be a point of contact for project-related questions and information
7. Track project progress and make sure updates are shared with the team
8. Suggest and support ways to make project processes and documentation more efficient
The Candidate:
9. IT or technical administration experience
10. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
11. Excellent written and verbal communication
12. Experience with PSA platforms such as Halo is a plus, but any technical IT exposure is beneficial
