You’ll Need To Have
* Degree/Postgraduate (or equivalent)
* Demonstrable track record in risk management leadership roles
* Right to work in the UK or ability to obtain a visa
You’ll also have
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
* Strong understanding of risk management techniques, tools, and culture
* Experience with risk management software (e.g., Active Risk Manager, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex projects
* Commercial and financial acumen
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
* Experience in reporting suites and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI)
