Our client, a leading technology business based in the East Midlands is urgently seeling a Marketing Operations Executive to help drive more customers, improve conversion rates, optimise digital strategies and work in a class-leading marketing function.
You will be responsible for:
* Reporting and analysing data to identify areas of improvment
* Optimising websites to drive better conversions and ROI
* Reviewing and recommending improvement on email nurture programs/campaigns
* Working with the CRM team and utilising analytics to identify upsell opportunties and customer churn threats
* Using platforms such as Google Analytics, SalesForce.com, Pardot and Hubspot to leverage data to make informed decisions
* Research and advise on the latest marketing technology to assist the business
* Focus on increasing on-site visitors to customer conversions
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
The job holder will be an exceptional candidate, with a proven track record in a similar role. In particular, they are required to have:
* Strong, working knowledge of SEO
* Ability to pull reports and interrogate date to harness value for the marketing function
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline marketing team
* Strong, working knowledge of marketing automation software (Pardot/Hubspot) and Analytics tools
