A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Westminster is seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their growing Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for Key Stage 1 pupils.
You’ll be working with a small group of pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated communication and learning needs — providing high-quality, individualised teaching and helping each child to flourish in a nurturing, structured environment.
Currently supporting three Year 1 pupils, the SRP is set to expand — making this a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of a developing specialist provision within a supportive and forward-thinking school.
SEN Teacher – Specialist Resource Provision (Key Stage 1)
Location: Westminster, West London
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Contract: Full-Time, until July 2026 (potential to extend)
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in specialist or inclusive settings
Strong understanding of ASD and communication needs
Reflective, creative, and empathetic approach
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to inclusion and pupil progress
Your Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
* Create a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, the SENCo, and external professionals
* Track and celebrate pupil progress through clear, achievable targets
* Support integration into mainstream settings where appropriate
* Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
