Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering first-class customer service to our members. The job includes: Providing onboarding and support sessions via MS Teams and Zoom Helping customers on the phone and via email Building and maintaining customer relationships Administrative support Required skills and experience: Experience in delivering first-class customer support Experience of working in a customer service or admin role Experience of working at home or remotely Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) Great problem-solving skills Excellent spelling and grammar Proficient in using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in using Zoom and MS Teams Diligence and attention to detail If youre enthusiastic, patient, attentive, IT savvy and eager to help our customers get the most out of their subscriptions, this could be your ideal role!
