To maintain Haringey’s housing register and provide housing applicants with an efficient & transparent assessment service, ensuring that all applications are assessed in line with the Council’s policies and procedures and are compliant with relevant housing legislation.
The post holder will be responsible carry out project work reviewing and updating household information on the older persons’ housing register and undertaking assessments of individuals applying for older persons’ housing, including collating information for medical assessments.
Provide responsive housing registrations service, which is aligned that incorporates the individual needs and circumstances of customers (where these can met).
