Are you an experienced, confident, and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist ready to shape something entirely new? We’re seeking a passionate OT who’s eager to build a service from the ground up — in collaboration with a highly respected team of Speech and Language Therapists already working with nearly 100 education settings across London.
The Opportunity
This isn’t just another OT role — it’s a unique chance to lead the development of an Occupational Therapy service for schools. As the first OT in the multidisciplinary team, you’ll work closely with leadership to design, implement and evolve a service that reflects the needs of local schools, families, and children.
Instead of applying to a set job description, we’re initially inviting conversations with Occupational Therapists who are excited by the idea of shaping their own role. This collaborative approach allows us to build something truly innovative — together.

About You
We’re looking to speak with OTs who are:
* HCPC-registered and eligible to work in the UK
* Experienced in working within UK educational settings
