We need strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. We require excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing. We value a proactive approach and confidence to challenge or report issues. An interest in asset management tools and planning software is desirable, but not essential. Experience with Asset Suite and P6 planning tools is beneficial, and we will provide full training. We are seeking someone who can work effectively in a hybrid environment and support a 37-hour Monday to Friday schedule. Responsibilities: We organise work packages for maintenance teams to ensure timely distribution and completion. We support the preparation of Work Authorisation Forms (WAF) so work can start on schedule. We process completed work packs and ensure accurate closeout procedures. We report on WAF progress and flag potential issues to keep work on track. We assist in developing and implementing work management processes and tools. We work closely with maintenance team leaders to support effective communication and readiness. We gain experience with Asset Suite and P6 planning tools as part of the role, with full training provided.
