About The Role
Role Overview
The Registered Manager holds overall operational responsibility for the service(s), ensuring smooth operations and effective staff management. You will oversee the delivery of excellent services, supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery: Monitor and support person-centered services; ensure health and safety for all.
2. Staff Supervision: Support recruitment, coaching, and performance management of staff.
3. Financial Administration: Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
4. IT and Quality Management: Use IT systems for staff management, incident reporting, quality assurance, training, and occupancy tracking.
5. External Collaboration: Work with external agencies to promote the company and increase referrals.
6. Staff Development: Facilitate inductions and training to enhance staff skills; pursue continuous personal development.
