They are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Operations Engineer to support this transition and uphold professional IT standards throughout the company.
Responsibilities
As an IT Operations Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, both remotely and in person.
2. Liaising with external Managed Service Providers (MSPs) on escalated issues.
3. Handling hardware logistics — ordering, configuring, and issuing devices to new starters and collecting from leavers.
4. Recommending IT-driven process improvements (e.g., using Teams, SharePoint).
Requirements
To succeed as an IT Operations Engineer, you should have:
1. Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line support.
2. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Teams, Active Directory, and Office 365.
3. Familiarity with printer support and basic networking.
4. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a growing team.
