Role Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial fundraising and investor relations team. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive capital raising efforts and manage investor relationships across private markets strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive the fundraising for the latest products.
* Leverage relationships to achieve capital raising goals.
* Supporting fundraising campaigns across private equity and real estate vehicles.
* Managing investor communications, due diligence processes, and data rooms.
* Assisting with fund marketing materials, pitch decks, and RFPs.
* Engaging with European institutional investors and family offices.
* Contributing to middle-office operations, including CRM management, reporting, and process improvement.
* Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Role Requirements
We are looking for a driven and adaptable professional with a strong foundation in private markets and a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will bring:
* 10+ years' experience in fundraising, investor relations, or private markets advisory.
* Strong product knowledge around private equity and real estate.
* Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to engage in both strategic and operational tasks.
* A genuine interest in impact investing and sustainable finance.
