We are recruiting an Asbestos Re-inspection Surveyor to join the team on our National Account The position reports to the Risk Programme Manager forming part of the central assurance & compliance team; the role is key to supporting management in achieving and maintaining statutory compliance across the asbestos categories on a national basis. You will form part of the mobile survey team carrying out on site re-inspections and remote dest top based management plan reviews. Key focus will be on response to high-risk findings as well as keeping our asbestos records accurate and up to date. RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out thorough asbestos re-inspection surveys to an excellent standard Updating and maintaining our client Alphatracker system live. Completing detailed asbestos re-inspection notes Responding to asbestos breaches Providing subject matter expert guidance to local operations managers Providing excellent customer service and communication Maintaining technical knowledge of HSE documents and our quality system PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualified asbestos surveyor (P402 or RSPH certificate) Minimum 2 years experience Full UK driving licence Reliable and hard working with a consistently detailed approach IT competent (tablet-based data capture and report generation)
