Chef Manager – Richmond Villages
Location: Waverley Care Home, 43 Waverley Lane, Farnham, Surrey GU9 8BH
Salary: £14.59 – £18.03 per hour + £2,000 annual bonus*
Contract: 38 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7:10 am – 5:30 pm, alternate weekends
Welcome Bonus: £1,000**

Responsibilities
* Use your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen to create a varied and nutritious menu in line with the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
* Leverage your natural leadership skills to train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
* Be innovative in your approach to cooking and maintain high standards.
* Manage all mandatory paperwork including COSHH, HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, orders and deliveries.
* Cater for special events or seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties and birthdays (as required).
Key Skills / Qualifications
A passion for cooking with previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen and relevant hygiene certificates. Natural leader, open to new ideas, innovative approach and dedication to maintaining high standards. Enjoys mentoring and supporting others and cherishes the little moments with residents, sharing love of food with them.

Additional Information
Welcome bonus will be paid after four weeks’ service and subject to deductions for tax and NI. Eligible for quarterly bonus based on performance; Chef Managers who achieve 6 KPI’s receive £500 incentive per quarter (subject to tax & NI). This role is not at or above RQF Level 3 and is not included under UK immigration sponsorship.
