We are looking for a compassionate and committed Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Enfield. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping children grow, heal, and thrive within a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children with daily routines, activities, and transitions—promoting independence and self-esteem
* Follow and contribute to tailored care plans designed around each child's individual needs
* Provide consistent emotional and behavioural support, fostering resilience and trust
* Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
* Safely transport children to school, appointments, and community activities as required
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of care and progress
* Use IT systems confidently for communication and documentation
* Take part in ongoing training and professional development
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a childcare or children's residential care setting is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of care planning, with the ability to implement and review plans
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to care
* Familiarity with basic IT systems used in care environments
* A valid UK driving licence is preferred (to support transport responsibilities)
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and creating lasting change
