Position: Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment – Retrofit - New Eltham, SE London Location: New Eltham, SE London Site Manager required to work on a Retrofit / SHDF Framework for L&Q in New Eltham, SE London. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations reporting to a Project Manager (Contracts Manager). Project: The project is a £20 million framework across SE London across to Medway with the first batch of works being in New Eltham. Retrofit works include EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations on street properties.
