Transformation Enablement and Readiness Lead Permanent Location: Hybrid working occasional travel to Leeds Main Purpose of the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the successful design, implementation, and embedding of strategic transformations within a global organisation. This role will ensure that transformation initiatives are translated into executable, scalable, and sustainable Target Operating Models (TOMs) that drive measurable business impact. The Transformation Enablement and Readiness Lead will establish enterprise-wide standards for transformation design, readiness, and adoption, ensuring these are consistently applied across markets and functions to deliver sustainable change and strategic outcomes. Key Accountabilities: Lead Target Operating Model (TOM) Design Governance: Oversee and provide design assurance for TOMs, ensuring structural integrity, role clarity, and operational sustainability.
