Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including website, email, and content marketing.
* Assist with SEO-focused website updates and optimisation to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Analyse marketing performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to increase ROI.
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities and new audience segments.
* Support the creation of marketing content, including landing pages, learner resources, and campaign materials.
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews to inform marketing messaging and improve the learner journey.
Data & Commercial Insight
* Analyse customer behaviour, system usage, and campaign performance to inform growth strategies.
* Prepare performance reports and dashboards to track marketing effectiveness and business growth.
* Identify opportunities to optimise conversion funnels and improve user experience.
Cross-Functional Support
* Collaborate with product and operations teams to support the launch of new services and offerings.
* Assist in coordinating projects, ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on time.
* Maintain help guides, FAQs, and learner communications to support engagement and retention.
* Support compliance checks to ensure marketing and operational activities meet regulatory standards.
* Provide general administrative and operational support, including managing reviews and updating systems.
Requirements
* Recent graduate in a STEM degree (essential).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercially focused recommendations.
* Interest in digital marketing, growth strategy, or commercial performance.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
