cx is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in UK with a minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound phone-based sales or SDR role to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects via phone and email. You will be responsible for identifying decision-makers, building relationships with potential customers, and qualifying leads for our sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a unique opportunity to co-create the SDR/Sales Process with a clear path to grow into an Account Executive within 12 months.
Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team
Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with the head of sales to design and implement the SDR and sales engagement process
Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for smaller opportunities as part of your career progression towards Account Executive.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound phone-based sales or SDR role
Strong phone presence and ability to engage with decision-makers right up to the C-Suite
Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot
Available to do 3 days in the office minimum
