Your new role
They are looking for an EIA Consultant specialising in technical water related chapters. Open to varying levels from Senior to Principal level. You’ll work on major infrastructure projects such as wind farms, solar farms and transport infrastructure.Key responsibilities include…
1. Analysis and report writing topile the hydrogeology, hydrology and water environment chapters of Environmental Impact Assessments
2. Be involved with project management
3. Use GIS, CAD and other software
4. Site visits and fieldwork to support consultancy and water monitoring projects (sometimes involve travel and overnight amodation)
5. Client meetings
6. Ensurepliance with relevant regulatory processes
7. Build upon your knowledge of water regulatory frameworks
8. Implement health and safety processes
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience in writing hydrogeology, hydrology and water environment chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments (Not just EIA Coordination)
10. A degree in an environmental or related subject
11. Willingness to work from the Cardiff office 3 times a week and attend site visits when needed
12. UK driving license

13. £35,000 - £59,000 depending on level
