NOTE: This role is mainly remote working however being able to travel to Leeds easily for meetings / social events is preferred.
We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join a talented client services team.
A snapshot of the role
* You will support the Account Managers and Account Directors in guiding clients through the process from initial brief to ensuring the successful delivery of digital and creative campaigns across various channels.
* You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client needs are met and that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
* Your communication and client service skills will be critical to your success in this role, as you will be the primary point of contact for your clients.
About you
* You will have some experience working within an agency environment - ideally 12 months+.
* Having skills in either copywriting or CRM platform is highly desirable!
* You will have exceptional communication skills; able to build positive client relationships.
* You will be commercially aware, understanding client\'s goals and communicating them effectively to the rest of the team.
* You will super driven to learn and expand your skills.
