Expertlymanage a breadth of transactions and payroll inquiries ensuringadherence todeadlines.
ThePayroll & People Advisor will provide a highquality payrolland a customer focused transactional service. Using a depth ofbusiness knowledge in dealing with a high volume of diversetransactions and working to strict deadlines. With responsibilityfor resolving payroll queries and performing an analyticalprocessing role within one or more payroll disciplines.
Youwill provide support and resolutions quickly and efficiently at thefirst point of call.
EssentialCriteria:
Profoundgrasp of HMRC legislations alongside comprehensive knowledge of taxnational insurance andpensions.
Proven expertise inpayroll system operations and understanding of statutorypayments.
Exceptionalcommunication prowess and a customercentricapproach.
Minimum education of RQFlevel 3 (GCSE) or equivalent with a commitment to professionaldevelopment.

Evidence of continuing professional development and knowledge inrelevant professional area, working towards a CIPP qualification.Experience of using payroll systems to deliver a high qualityservice. Good working knowledge of payroll processes includingstatutory payments, deductions and pension schemes. Workingcollaboratively with colleagues to deliver good practice and adviceon policy. Ability to communicate effectively, demonstratingempathy, listening and questioning skills to a very high level,with a high standard of written communication. Experience ofworking in a customer-orientated environment, dealing with queriesin a service delivery setting and continuously seeking to improvethe services provided.
