And as part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable IT & Infrastructure Support Analyst to support and maintain our internal IT systems and infrastructure.
Helping provide day-to-day technical support, including ensuring system reliability, you’ll play a key part in the development and improvement of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the Support Analyst, your role will include:
* Providing first- and second-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
* Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google)
* Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi
* Support cloud services and on-premise systems
* Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
* Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support logs
* Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
* Work with third-party vendors and service providers when required
* Assist in IT projects and infrastructure improvements
Skills And Qualifications
* Previous experience in an IT support or infrastructure role
* Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Google and Mac OS
* Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and setup
* Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills with non-technical users
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
* Previous exposure to firewall and security systems
* Commercial awareness, sourcing hardware and software and knowing which solution is best practice and commercially viable.
* Setting and maintaining relationships with external providers.
