What will you be doing as a KYC Team Leader:
* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing KYC team
* Managing day‑to‑day workflow, productivity, and service levels
* Supporting the resolution of complex and high‑risk customer cases
* Ensuring AML and KYC processes are completed accurately and efficiently
* Monitoring team performance and delivering regular feedback and development support
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
* Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
* Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice
What are we looking for?
You’ll be a confident people leader with experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or another regulated environment.
* Previous experience managing or supervising a team
* Strong knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti‑Money Laundering regulations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to make balanced, risk‑based decisions
* A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience coaching and developing others to achieve their potential
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
