About the Role

As a Business Protection Broker you will work on a self‑employed basis, generating your own leads and delivering a full suite of protection solutions including Private Health Insurance, Life Cover, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Key Person and Shareholder Protection. You’ll play a key role in growing the company’s presence in the market, generating referrals, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of advice. You’ll be provided with comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to provider‑led sessions to ensure you can deliver outstanding protection solutions.


Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong client pipeline.
* Offer tailored protection solutions to business clients, including Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Key Person and Shareholder Protection.
* Secure referrals and build long‑lasting client relationships.
* Stay fully up‑to‑date with product knowledge and provider offerings.
* Ensure all advice and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with in‑house teams for administrative support and ongoing professional development.

Skills & Experience

* Proven track record as a Business Protection Broker or in a similar advisory/sales role
* Exceptional ability to generate new business and secure referrals
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Highly motivated, ambitious, and target‑driven
* Self‑starter with the confidence to work independently while leveraging company support
