Salary: £32,000 to £33,500 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Windsor Home Bakery is a well-established bakery known for producing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes and traditional baked goods.
The business is now looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead a small team while remaining closely involved in daily production.

What youll be doing
This is a hands-on bakery management role, with approximately 70% of your time spent baking and 30% focused on leading the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing breads, pastries, cakes and speciality baked goods
Operating and managing hotplate production, including soda bread and pancakes
Leading and supporting a small bakery team of up to eight people
Preparing staff rotas and production schedules
Managing team performance and maintaining high standards
Monitoring product quality, consistency and presentation
Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained
Supporting the development of new products and recipes
Working with the team to meet daily production targets
What were looking for
Strong professional bakery experience
Confidence producing breads, pastries, cakes and speciality products
Previous supervisory or management experience
The ability to lead from the front and remain hands-on in production
Strong organisation and time-management skills
A reliable and practical approach
A genuine focus on quality and consistency
Previous hotplate experience would be beneficial, but training can be provided.
Formal bakery qualifications are not essential. Relevant professional bakery experience is more important.
