London-based luxury fashion brand HUISHAN ZHANG is seeking a Wholesale & Retail Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. Founded in 2012, our collections blend Eastern heritage with Western influences, creating sophisticated, directional designs stocked at prestigious retailers including Selfridges, Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Net-A-Porter worldwide.
The Role:
You'll be integral to our wholesale and retail operations, managing the full order cycle from confirmation to delivery. Responsibilities include processing orders, chasing payments, compiling sales reports, coordinating international shipments, resolving customs issues, uploading styles in Zedonk, preparing line sheets, supporting market appointments, and building strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners globally.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar operational role within luxury fashion
* Experience using Zedonk and Joor order systems (essential)
* Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, solution-focused self-starter who can work independently
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Fluency in English (Chinese language skills advantageous)
