Responsibilities
* Support the design and delivery of bespoke residential projects across multiple RIBA stages
* Prepare design packages, planning submissions, and technical drawings
* Assist with the development of interior design concepts, finishes, and material selections
* Produce high:quality visual presentations and client:facing documentation
* Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors
* Attend project meetings and contribute ideas throughout the design process
* Assist with detailed design development and technical coordination
* Contribute to sustainable and innovative design solutions
Skills and Qualifications
* RIBA Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant
* Previous experience within the UK residential sector, ideally on high:end private residential projects
* Strong design flair with a keen eye for detail, materials, and spatial quality
* Interest in architecture and interiors, with interior design experience considered advantageous
* Excellent graphic, presentation, and communication skills
* Organised, self:motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
* Proficiency in Vectorworks is beneficial
* Interest in sustainable design, with knowledge of Passivhaus principles, CGI, rendering, or AI visualisation tools viewed favourably
