About the Role

Were working with a well-established business seeking aPart-Qualified Management Accountant or QBEto join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, driven individual who can work independently and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, youll be responsible for producing accurate management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial processes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-focused, and capable of working without constant supervision

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
* Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments.
* Performing reconciliations and maintaining control accounts.
* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Producing meaningful management information and KPIs.
* Supporting audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.
* Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes.

About You:

1. Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in management accounting or similar financial role.
