Were hiring a Digital Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding digital presence and attracting high-value customers. This is a high-impact role where youll shape and deliver multi-channel acquisition strategies across both B2B and retail audiences, with real autonomy, visibility and influence.
Youll work closely with specialist teams across eCommerce, Insights and CRM, as well as external partners, to turn data and creativity into meaningful commercial results.
What Youll Do
* Own and optimise customer acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates and retargeting
* Identify and test new digital channels, partnerships and growth opportunities
* Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns from strategy through to delivery
* Manage agency relationships and budgets with commercial confidence
* Monitor, analyse and report on performance scaling what works
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver personalised, data-led customer journeys
* Support and develop two direct reports coaching their growth and capability
About You
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on acquisition and growth
* Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social and/or affiliate marketing
* Strong analytical mindset confident interpreting data to drive decisions
* Experience managing agencies and performance budgets
* Proactive, curious and comfortable testing new ideas at pace
* Experience in retail, beauty or eCommerce is beneficial but not essential
