Duties
- Oversee and manage daily operations
- Ensure efficient and effective processes
- Supervise and train staff on operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health and safety
_ Maintain sales and develop sales through good marketing and great customer service
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
