About the Role
As the Management Accountant, you'll play a hands-on role in all things finance. Responsibilities include:
* Month-End Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure timely completion of month-end tasks.
* Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Maintain the integrity of account balances.
* Bank Reconciliations & Payroll Analysis: Ensure accurate financial records and payroll insights.
* Costings & P&L Analysis: Analyse profit and loss data to support business decisions and product costing strategies.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be AAT qualified (minimum).
* Have demonstrable experience in hands-on accounting roles, ideally within manufacturing or similar industries.
