The Opportunity

Have overall responsibility for the planning and scheduling of Skipton site manufacturing, filling & packing and Quality Control (QC), co-ordinating cross-functionally with Operations, Quality and Warehouse, to ensure product is delivered to customers on time in full (OTIF).

So, w hat will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

1. Consolidation of the 24-month net requirements demand plan and converting this to a level loaded, flexible repeating schedule which ensures routine, reliable delivery on time in full to all customers.
2. Responsibility for ensuring generation of a 24 month rough cut capacity plan (RCCP) for the site
3. Responsible for management of inventory to target levels for raw & pack materials and finished goods.
4. Work closely with the Group Enterprise Planning Team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of requested customer orders.

5. Due to the nature of our business, all successful candidates will be required to complete a basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service check) before employment can commence, and at regular intervals during employment. This check will be paid for by Dechra.’
