Private Client Solicitor – Director Level

An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on a leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer who is looking to step into a director-level position, with genuine scope for progression to Equity in the future.

The role:
You will lead and develop the Private Client team, with responsibility for shaping its future direction and driving efficiencies. The caseload is broad and includes:

* Wills, trusts and probate
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* General private client work for a loyal client base
* Some high-net-worth matters

Alongside fee-earning, you will be a visible leader, supporting and mentoring colleagues while ensuring the continued growth and success of the department.

About you:

1. Senior private client solicitor or legal executive with significant post-qualification experience
2. Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate and LPA work
3. Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team
