Solar Design Engineer (Solar and Battery Storage)

£50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Pool Car + Company Benefits
Are you a Solar Design Engineer or similar that wants to work for a industry leading solar installation business that has won several new exciting projects?
Do you want to work on a variety of projects with the MoD, housing associations and high end residential installs?

This business has gone from strength to strength in the last few years and is quickly becoming the go to name in the solar installation and renewables sector. They have successfully secured the next 5 years' worth of projects and are now entering a large growth phase meaning there is rapid progression available.
In the role you will oversee technical governance, review and approve system designs, and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
THE ROLE:
* Site visits to make sure the work is being completed to a high standard
* End to end design of solar systems
* Sign off and improve designs from other team members
* Be the go to person for everything related to solar design and battery storage systems
THE PERSON:
* Solar PV Design and battery storage experience
* 18th edition or NVQ in electrical installation
* UK Driving license
