7. Supporting junior team members and providing guidance where necessary.
8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
9. Working closely with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
10. Continually developing technical knowledge and skills.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12. ACA or ACCA (or exam finalist) with at least two years external audit experience Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proven leadership ability.
15. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
16. A commitment to maintaining high standards of client service and ethical conduct.
