We're currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Compliance and Facilities Management Team. About the Role As Technical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our properties run smoothly and meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. From system support to reporting and maintenance coordination, you'll help ensure everything is in place to deliver a great experience for our students. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating and maintaining our CAFM system (Main Manager), including user support and system updates Managing the technical helpdesk inbox and being the first point of contact for CAFM-related enquiries Assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and following up on any non-compliance Supporting the mobilisation of new sites, including CAFM set-up and data input Producing compliance and performance reports using Main Manager and BI reporting tools Liaising with Technical Managers and other teams to ensure timely completion of audits, repairs, and asset updates Supporting Health & Safety projects and audit actions Helping to deliver system training to new starters and provide ongoing support to site teams What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused and confident working with data and systems. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, supporting colleagues, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
