Overview
Vertu Ford Shirley is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the team at Vertu Ford Shirley.
This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus an on-target earnings of £34,000 with the potential to earn well above this level, and no previous experience is required!
We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to be a Sales Executive (if you wish), taking your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car.
In addition to strong earnings potential, you will also benefit from true work-life balance. You will work a 40-hour week (five 8-hour shifts), be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can relax on this day every week without fail.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car-buying journey. This includes arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, and guiding them through accessories to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Our team engages with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.
Qualifications
* Full driving licence (manual and automatic)
* Ability to provide great customer service
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales-led field is desirable
