Temporary Accounts Assistant (Entry-Level) About the Role: This company are seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant to support the finance team during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in a finance environment and develop their accounting skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing invoices and basic data entry. Help reconcile receipts and supplier statements. Support the finance team with filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records. Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner. Assist with petty cash, expenses, and other finance-related tasks. Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed. Key Skills and Experience: Some previous office or finance experience is desirable but not essential. A keen interest in accounts or working towards an AAT qualification is a bonus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
