Import Coordinator
* Annual Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
* Location: Felixstowe

Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage import shipments from start to finish, ensuring compliance with customs formalities.
* Liaise effectively with customers, consignees, customs authorities, and port health.
* Book shipments and arrange deliveries for FCL & LCL cargoes.
* Prepare and manage documentation for import clearance and CHED/IPAFFS submissions.
* Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and timely.
* Monitor and coordinate the shipping process using systems like Destin8, CNS, and Multifreight.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2–3 years’ experience in import shipping and customs clearance.
* Strong understanding of UK customs procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with CHED/IPAFFS documentation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A team player with a positive, self-driven attitude and strong attention to detail.
