To support the Group Partnerships team by coordinating and managing the administrative aspects of the partnerships process, playing a key role in the setup, tracking, and ongoing management of strategic partnerships with Housing Associations and Private Rented Sector/Build to Rent investment partners. The role focuses on coordinating new and existing opportunities, supporting deal progression, managing day to day partner interactions at tender stage and working closely with internal teams to assist deliver partnership schemes efficiently, while gaining exposure to the residential development process The role requires strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and an understanding of the housing sector Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Group Partnerships Manager to progress live transactions, supporting deal strategy, coordination and execution from Heads of Terms through to completion. Track and manage partnership offers and live opportunities, whilst maintaining clear records of pricing,, offer and/or deal status and key milestones. Observe the negotiation and administration of Agreements for Sale, Development Agreements, Section 106 transactions and Additionality or Private Rented Sector/Build to Rent deals, under the guidance of senior team members with a view to developing the individual’s understanding and knowledge of such areas. Act as an initial point of contact for routine Partnerships related enquiries, responding where appropriate and escalating or coordinating input from the wider Partnerships Team where required. Collaborate with internal teams, including land, legal, technical, and commercial, to assess partnership viability and ensure projects align with business objectives Management of data rooms, Request For Information schedules and information workflows, helping ensure timely and consistent responses to internal and external enquiries. Support the Group Partnership Manager’s relationship management with affordable housing providers, institutional investors and professional advisors to help maintain strong, repeat partnerships Maintain an awareness of affordable housing policy, funding programmes and market conditions, supporting the team with research and insight where required Support the preparation of Heads of Terms, approval papers, investment summaries and partner facing documentation.
