Client Services Manager
Location: Southampton, Whiteley Hampshire

Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience + Bonuses
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Thursday & 9:00 to 17:00 on a Friday. 1 late evening fortnightly until 19:00.

Purpose Of The Role
As a Junior IFA Administrator your role will be working directly with the Head of Sales Support, & Senior Administrator to help support the Financial Planners, Paraplanners and wider team. We are looking for an administrator with exceptional organisational and customer service skills.

Skills And Knowledge

* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Able to work within a defined process and compliantly.
* Able to prioritise workloads.
* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Articulate in all dealings with clients and stakeholders, verbally and within written communications.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Experience within a financial planning company is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries.
* Maintain and update client records on XPLAN and with providers.
* Send recommendation packs to clients on DocuSign.
* Process new business applications, fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and tops up ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Sending Letter of Authority to providers and following up on requested information.
* Contact prospective new clients and arrange initial appointments.
* Arrange clients' annual financial reviews.
* Manage and organise advisers' diaries.
