Job Summary

Interim Events Operations Coordinator – an exciting opportunity to join a global FMCG client, Unilever, and support the launch of their partnership with FIFA.

Position:
Location: Blackfriars, London (Victoria Embankment)
Type: Full‑time, temporary (mid‑August 2026)
Hours: 36.25 per week, Monday‑Friday
Compensation: Up to £52,500 per annum (pro‑rata) depending on experience
Working model: Hybrid – 2 days in the office, remainder remote


Key Responsibilities

* Support the ticketing strategy to maximise ROI, allocate resources, and establish rules and processes.
* Coordinate requests and allocations from ticket leads and act as the main point of central coordination.
* Collaborate with partnership, marketing, and event operations teams to design and deliver exceptional guest experiences for FIFA tournaments and other sport partnership properties.
* Lead the guest journey for high‑profile events (e.g., Golden Game), working with creative agencies, host markets, and event operations to create a seamless experience.
* Oversee guest communications, ensuring timely and accurate information across all touchpoints.
* Partner with the travel team to manage logistics such as flights, on‑ground transport, and visas at the global level, while coordinating local details.


Key Skills & Knowledge

* Proven experience managing event operation projects.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with cross‑functional teams including marketing, legal, uniops, procurement, IT and security.
* Comprehensive understanding of internal processes, platforms, and ways of working.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects in a high‑pressure environment.
* Problem‑solving capability with a focus on maintaining high service standards.
* Effective communication – interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management.
* Commercial acumen – knowledge of KPI reporting, financial forecasting, and budget management.
* Attention to detail and a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
