Overview
Role: Dental Hygienist
Practice: Monton Dental, a five-surgery site located at 72 Rocky Lane, Manchester, M30 9LY. On-site parking. Full-time on-site role with iTero Scanner and co-funding opportunities. The practice offers a growing Denplan list service and FD training supported by a dedicated mentor, with support from a clinical manager, hygienists/therapists, and long-standing dentists.

Responsibilities
* Provide dental hygiene services, including prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and promotion of good oral health.
* Serve as a community authority that existing patients trust and new patients seek out.
* Collaborate with the practice team and clinical team to support growth in patient numbers and deliver high-quality care.
* Contribute to expanding services within the practice and adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
* Existing skills and experience in dental hygiene/therapy are preferred.
* Focus on report accuracy and understanding of the latest techniques; strong ambitions for professional development are desirable.
* Ability to work within a clinically led care model and collaborate with other team members to deliver patient-centered care.
