Job Title: Revenues and Benefits Administration Officer
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Hereford (Hybrid)
Salary: Hoople Band B £24,613 per annum
Contract: Permanent

This is an excellent time to join the Revenues & Benefits team as an Administration Officer. The Administration Team are the heart of the department and provide crucial support to our Housing Benefit, Council Tax, Business Rates and Revenues teams. You will be responsible for the essential support of opening and distributing incoming post, scanning and indexing documents to the relevant departments, ensuring prompt dispatch of outgoing post, provisioning administration support, data inputting for projects, and dealing with our customers on the telephone.
In a continuously changing environment you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that promote and sustain improved working practices and assist in future challenges.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are willing to deliver high standards and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. You will need excellent written and oral skills and the ability to be flexible to the changing needs of the service.
