HLTA – Primary Intervention & Support – HaveringFrom £110/day | Primary | Havering | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Axcis are recruiting for a dedicated HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Havering with a Good Ofsted rating and a strong focus on inclusion and pupil progress. In this role, you will be: •Leading small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy and targeted SEND support. •Providing high-quality classroom cover when teachers are absent, maintaining continuity of learning. •Supporting children with SEND needs including autism, ADHD, speech delay and MLD. •Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to track progress and adjust intervention plans. •Helping create a positive, supportive classroom environment that motivates all learners. What we’re looking for: •HLTA qualification or strong evidence of leading learning in a classroom. •Experience delivering interventions or supporting SEND pupils. •Confident behaviour management and positive communication. •Reliable, organised and enthusiastic professional who enjoys varied responsibilities.
