Job Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.
* Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
* Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* A passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
* Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
